1. Service Model & Contractor Relationship
Independent Contractor Disclosure:
Bynum Run Air Experts connects you with independent licensed HVAC contractors who perform the work.
Every HVAC technician we send is licensed and insured in Maryland.
Bynum Run Air Experts acts as a customer connection and dispatch coordination service. When you schedule an inspection, diagnostic call, emergency heating or cooling service, or equipment replacement, the physical diagnostic and repair work is performed by independent, licensed Maryland HVAC contractors.
2. Estimates & Upfront Pricing
We pride ourselves on 100% pricing transparency. While general ballpark price factor discussions are provided on this website for consumer education, an exact written quote will always be presented on-site by the responding technician following systematic diagnostics and prior to the commencement of any repair or installation work. You retain the right to approve or decline any recommended work before charges are incurred.
3. Property Access & Safe Working Conditions
The property owner or an authorized adult representative (at least 18 years of age) must be present during the entirety of the service call. You agree to provide technicians with safe, unobstructed access to all relevant HVAC equipment, indoor air handlers, outdoor condensing units, electrical panels, thermostats, and gas/oil shutoff valves.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
Equipment parts and replacement systems are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 5 to 10 years on major components such as compressors and heat exchangers). Workmanship guarantees are provided directly by the licensed Maryland contractor executing the physical installation or repair, as detailed in your written service invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Maryland law, Bynum Run Air Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website or service connections. In all cases, direct contractor liability is governed by the individual contractor's commercial insurance policy and written service agreement.
